We encourage you to let us know if your open to our program soon, because there may be another surgeon in your area that is on the TLS invite list.

Question: Can I also continue to use other services?

Answer: Yes, you have no exclusive obligation to us.

Question: What happens after I fill out this form?

Answer: We will be in touch with you to discuss your information, and gather further details so that we may create an comprehensive and accurate, up to date personal profile web page for you.

Answer: With a light touch if at all.. From their point of view we are part of your marketing mix. If you would like can put us in contact with them, we work with them, if not that is fine.
